VACANT EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE POSITION

We are still looking to fill the following position:

Soccer Director

• attends EMSA meetings twice a year.
• arranges for notification of soccer registration.
• holds soccer registration in conjunction with the General Meeting.
• attends all soccer meetings of the North East Zone (monthly).
• obtains coaches for all teams.
• registers all players and teams with the North East Zone as per their requirements.
• forwards all registration money to the Treasurer.
• contacts Equipment Director for distribution of uniforms and equipment.
• ensures that all coaches hand in their player registration forms to the League by the player registration deadline

Program Director

• sets up, organizes and takes registration for any program that may be suitable for any or all age groups within the community.
• finds suitable instructors.
• provides input into program content along with arranging times and locations.
• advertises the programs in conjunction with the Newsletter Director.
• attends monthly Executive Meetings.
