Hello Caernarvon residents

Summer is now upon us. Time to get out and enjoy the warm weather. Whatever your plans are for the summer, remember to do it safely.

I would still like to hear from residents of the community as we are looking at joining the Green Challenge, which is a competition to reduce our carbon footprint. Feel free to email me your ideas at .

The scholarship award deadline has passed, thank you to those who submitted their entries, the winner will be contacted

Fall registration is on September 18/10 from 1pm to 4pm, at the hall. This is also the time to purchase your memberships. There will be a bounce house, petting zoo, family bingo, and a BBQ.  The second registration is on September 20/10 from 6pm to 8pm

The Castledowns park was erected from June 9- 13, as a volunteer that helped to put the park together it was an amazing experience to see how much people care about their communities and pulled together to give our children a place to play. I encourage everybody if you have the chance to volunteer, take it.

Caernarvon playschool has officially closed its doors. I would like to thank Jill Lundquist and Terrina Bourassa Douglas for all their help in packing up all the playschools stuff. All the stuff from the playschool has been donated to the Phillipines, as well as the park equipment that was salvageable.
